(1) Military medical personnel shall be entitled to the following facilities:-

(a) rations and prescribed clothing facilities similar to those received by the Nepali Army.

(B) Residence facilities within military hospitals, but special treatment will be given to unmarried military nurses.

(C) Maternity leave up to two times throughout the period of service.
